Our Story

After finishing her doctorate in 2017, Jennifer Bartmess wanted to support other people in their writing and stay involved in research without pursuing an academic career. Equipped with a degree in linguistics and extensive experience in language and science, she specialized in academic editing and hasn’t looked back! 

Since then, our team has grown and specialised. We have edited, translated, and managed hundreds of projects: award-winning books, scholarly articles, academic dissertations, children’s books, film subtitles, and artists’ websites. We have worked with universities across Switzerland and abroad plus with consultancy firms, nonprofit organizations, Swiss federal institutes, publishing houses, and more.
